Damaged tub surround
We are redoing our bathroom and went to home depot to purchase tub, surround,faucet, new sink and all the parts needed to replace everything. First we went and picked everything up and got home and the surround was damaged, went back and it took over 1 hour to find one that was not damaged, they opened it and looked, we did not because we were waiting in truck and they just came out with it. when we went to use it guess what... It was damaged even after they said they checked it ummmm not - so load it into the truck and waste another 1 1/2 hrs to get another one. Great people are friendly but none of them has any sense of urgency. Finally we started pushing the box to the register ourselves. When we returned the surround i asked the girl and the desk if she had another one and told me to go look, considering i had no idea what i was looking for. i asked if she could look in her computer to see and she snatched the receipt out of my hand all disgusted and did look. This has been one of the worst experiences we have ever had. 3-4 of the surrounds were damaged, i will say the one kid that helped was nick and he was good. I am not sure about returning when we remodel the kitchen. thank you
