On Feb 11 Bought dear wheel cycle and shoes for a 2002 neon. I believe I got a message saying delivery on the18 but not sure. My account was charged for the parts, how do I find out if the parts Where sent?

Order no is: 132051222 i ordered one set of (6 pieces) the intake manifold gasket for my 2013 grand caravan and 2 other sets of other gaskets . the other gaskets came in sets but the intake manifold gasket came in one bag of one piece only, when i ordered 1 it is i set not 1 piece. please send me the missing 5 pieces.

I placed a order a week ago. I ordered 2 lower control.arms.complete with bushings and ball joint a a right and left side and 2 upper control arms with bushings and ball joints.I got the lower control arm for left side upper and lower on tuesday. On Friday I received a upper and lower arm for the other side. But the lower arm was another left side not a right.order no 136905424.. I went on line to do a return and found on I have to pay to send it back. That's messed up you guys screwed up the order and I have to pay for it. I will send it back for my money back and that will end our business for good!!!! Pretty messed up way to do business and with no way to talk to anyone about my order. I guess I could do the tech line but I have to pay for that too. Your customer service is a joke.

I ordered part number 49170 on rock auto and received where ngk receiver 187.02. but i haven't heard anything about my order.

Ordered brake kit for a 2017 Grand Cherokee Limited. Pads are correct, front rotors (slotted & drilled) too large for the caliber bracket, the rear slotted rotors are the correct diameter but too thick for the caliber bracket. Purchased part number K7136. Called power stop and they confirmed the parts are for this Jeep. Do I need to change the caliber brackets?

This is a bad pump. Wouldn't pump fuel to the car. When I checked the inside of the pump it is glued together and not tach welded (etc). Poor quality. Should remove from your website.

I have placed two orders with Rock Auto and each time entered a discount code in the space per their instructions and they have FAILED to apply the discount on my orders. This appears to be a normal practice for Rock Auto.
