I'm having a very difficult time trying to get in touch with somebody when I was doing the delivery the money did not add on my account me and how do I get in touch with support what if somebody was stabbing me and I needed somebody right away. this is very difficult, can somebody get back to me. please thank you.

So i am in the middle of a drop off and after i swiped to that order dropped of your app froze . wont let me end dash or do anything else its stuck on the screen? How is this issue going to get fixed and stop happening. This is messing with people money and its wrong no one can reach any of you or get help on the app.

The letter I sent was not responded to. Only a new password was sent. When I tried to enter the new password, no one told me that you couldn't do that with a TracFone! Please improve customer access! Thanks.

The Taco Bell Menu (on my app) in my area lists a crunchy taco at $3.82 when they are on the Taco Bell menu at $1.29. There is a three crunchy taco combo #8 on their menu that comes with a drink at $5.79, but you cannot order more than one crunchy taco at a time (but the price is wrong!)

At one time they had a three taco combo for $3.57 but they no longer have that so I would like the menu on the app corrected because it causes confusion (one taco for $3.82!?) and the order is incorrect EVERY time even though I place remarks on the order.

I have received two recent orders incorrect because the Dasher did not read the comments.

I would also like the ability to request a certain Dasher (the only order I received correct was by one Dasher) if they are working so I can assure my order would be correct.

I would also like to order food from the KFC/Taco Bell in my area but there is no way to do that even though he store is a KFC/Taco Bell combo store!

Please have someone call me to discuss this. I want to use Doordash but the app needs correcting.

Dear Sir or Madam:

On April 30th, I ordered food from Lion's Choice thru DoorDash page, there is a complaint. there was an offer for the free delivery, but didn't say that there is a service fee charge at all. When I received an order confirmation or receipt from gmail, the charge of the service fee went $2.95. That was never mentioned before I checked out. What is the service fee for? Please explain or straighten out for me. Thanks
