Our trip to Costa Rica scheduled for 3-18-20 has been postponed by our tour company GATE 1. They had booked our flight thru Jet Blue per Resv. #GNRDNK. The flight will also be postponed per GATE 1. Please make a note of this in your computer and wait for further notification from GATE 1.

Hello,

David Griffin record locator AFSFHL, leaving April 19th 2020. I am writing this email to express the concern and disappointment Mr Griffin has expressed. It is of his concern, and would like to make it known that he is pursuing legal action against JetBlue for not engaging in customer service nor giving a full refund for use of tickets to a destination that would put him in direct exposure to COVID19. Mr Griffin is not satisfied with the policy JetBlue has set forth. Due to this Pandemic its in his belief that he receives a full refund for tickets that will not be used. His tickets are travel to New Orleans, now considered a Red Zone. His complications of COPD restrict his from travel to a Red Zone. Please reach back with what JetBlue will be doing to rectify this complaint.

Travel Bank Credit expired on 3-7-20. Email sent from Jet Blue dated 3-30-20 stated that the Travel Bank Credit would be extended to 12-31-20 My account reads 0 should be $333.62. Why woud your company make a statement that it has no intention to uphold. Just another FAKE NEWS REPORT. Hopefully this will be reported to the Better Business Bureau and your CEO removes her name from this Goodwill BS.

In that congress recently passed a bill which the POTUS signed into law that provides money to support industries one of which is the airlines. Now my tax dollars I am certain will be put into this package so, my question is why cannot I get a refund over a 1 yr. credit. I believe I will be writing to my senators, congressman, along with the POTUS asking this same question because I believe this should be credit policy needs to be looked into and maybe revised it these times on financial needs by ALL.

on April 8, 2020 I emailed cancellation of June 1, 2020 flight #470 and June 12, 2020 flight #2269 requesting acknowledgement. Have not received any acknowledgement to date. Please email Jet Blue receipt and acknowledgement.

Due to the coronavirus my 4 friends decide not to come to US for visit this summer. I know they already asking for refund, but still not hear any response from Jet Blue, can you help me to find out the status.

I had to cancel mine and husband flight. # 34321576 and government said we were to get refund. I am being told it has been put in jet blue travel bank....not what I want. Spent 2 hours on hold today.

No one was concerned about telling passengers in seat 3a and 3c on flight 828 on wed june 10 after I asked them to please ask them to put on their face masks. i cant tell you how annoyed I am at ur poor lack of nerve to at least saying" our policy is to wear face masks". I asked them to request the passengers to use face masks and all they did was smile at me and did nothing.. this is horrible jet blue service.

On 07/13/2020 I was traveling to ATL from Bos a customer service agent stationed at gate C29 flight797.
I would like to express my gratitude to the young agent. She was one of the feather in the cap of the airline industry. Given the opportunity she could bring that same attitude to a MGT position

Today both airlines announced a "partnership". I trust JetBlue and its customer-first service. American is in the bottom two of customer experience. I am a Jet Blue Mosaic member. Jet Blue PLEASE DO NOT COMPROMISE and stoop down to the poor levels of service American is noted for.
