Looking for my order
I ordered an item on March 12,2020 to be shipped to Canandaigua, NY store. The item number given was 202-0724-1109-4899, a Robbie Bee Dress,using phone number 315 414-7021. I received confirmation it was ready to be picked up the day stores were closed for COVID-19. I just am trying to track down where this item is, but am told my item number is incorrect. Help????

I checked on my order, #2020-1283-1436-7336 after I was told it had shipped & was waiting a call for delivery. Two concerns, the picture of the Serra Perfect Sleeper doesn’t appear on the order but some other mattress & box spring. The other mattress & box spring are correct.
The second concern is that my payment looks to be asking for an update concerning the billing address. No change button or allowance to change it. I’d like to receive the order, soon. Thx
Curtain order
Twice now, you advertise a sale on home items. I've ordered the same curtains, both times, only to be notified all colors in the size I ordered has been canceled. Upsetting you offer them, order goes through without saying they're unavailable, and then a few days later it's been canceled. Why offer if not available?
