My order from Peapod arrived this morning pretty much as I expected. However two item were not what I had expected. The pears were suppose to be 4-5 to count I received only three very tiny pears that did not weigh a pound. And the sweet potatoes looked very old.

Peapod has become my only go to food delivery. I am so very pleased with all the products, choice of delivery dates and times, the ease of ordering online. And kudos to all the drivers they are courteous with a smile and so efficient with the order. This has been a great find.

I had the opportunity to meet one of your delivery drivers on Sunday, April 14 in Bull Valley, IL. Even though this driver had slid into the ditch on a very icy steep hill and he was in a lot of pain, he was the most professional, polite young man I had the pleasure of meeting. I called the ambulance and waited with him for help. He was in a lot of pain, yet was extremely courteous, professional, and polite. If these are the type of drivers you hire, you are well ahead in providing a very positive customer experience. If I ever need grocery delivery, I will definitely reach out to PeaPod! P.S. I hope he is doing okay.

The driver left my order in the hot sun on my landing, didn't ring the bell. Left frozen food, dairy, and meat out there. I found it by luck cause I've been waiting all morning. At 76 years of age, I do not appreciate that I had to lift a case of water, 3 cases of soda and numerous heavy bags and bring them into my apartment. You just lost a customer. I'll shop at Shop Rite from no on.

Order K12201547 was to have been delivered today between 10 and 12 AM. Checking my computer this morning this was refined to between 11.:15 and 11:45. Sometime before that a call of nature sent to the bathroom. After I got back out the delivery time suddenly changed to 10:10 and 10:40!!

I tried to call but a 30 minute wait is a bit much.

I am 86 years old and use a walker to get around. I live alone so I need grocery delivery once a week. I haven't been able to schedule a delivery because of the coronavirus pandemic. Please give me priority over those who don't want to shop but are able to do so.

with the coronavirus now -there should be certain time slot that are designated only for senior citizens. I need to place an order because I am not near a supermarket, i don't own a car and now I see all the time slot for next 3 weeks are taken? that's obscure. I have been a valued Peapod customer for almost 2 years. what am I suppose to do???

I received my delivery with 10 items missing and I was charge for all 10 items. I called 4 times and was told they were not taking calls I then called the store and was put on hold for 2 hour and 10 minutes and then cut off.. I no you have problems but so do I I am handy cap and wheel chaired I have no other way to get help.please help with this problem at least make a record of my problem so at some we could fix it. my name is vinny my phone number is 646 721 0700.

I ordered on 4-3-2020 and wanted to pick a delivery dayt. 4-16 lassst day shown and it was all sold out. Today I went on and saw 4-17- 2020 is open for delivery but all sold out. When do you add days EST please let me know times to look. Thanks

I had placed an order almost 2 weeks ago and received a day and time, next Tuesday. I had kept checking to make sure that the order did not drop below the minimum $30.00 and it didn't. It was $51.00 on the morning it was cancelled. I don't know why it was cancelled, but it wasn't cancelled because of any policy that I broke. My wife and I are in our 70s and have health issues that would make Coronavirus life threatening. I am a full time caretaker for my wife as she can't walk. We were relying on Peapod to keep us fed during the shelter in place. We had planned on filling up the cart to carry us through the next 2-3 weeks. Is there any way we can get a date back to re[lace the one that Peapod cancelled? I have been trying to get a date on line and I haven't seen any new dates come up? I've also tried calling your customer support line and for the past 4 days and haven't been able to get through in spite of waiting well over an hour holding.

I have been trying for 4 days now to get a time slot for my grocery order. Last night the new time slot for Monday came up at 1:02 am and it was already "ALL SOLD OUT" how is that possible. The same thing has happened for the last three days and nights. I've reached out to Peapod in Jersey City, NJ as they represent deliveries for Stop & Shop in Wayne, NJ. All you get is a recording stating due to heavy volume they are unable to help you and then you are disconnected. I reached out to Stop & Shop customer service they don't have anything to do with Peapod. Please tell me why all the time slots are filled the minute they appear on the computer. Peapod employees are putting into the computer their reservation as well as family and friends. While all the other customers of Stop & Shop are unable to get a reservation. This is unfair and the Company that owns Peapod should be ashamed of the what is going on especially given the present situation. My husband and I are over seventy and depend on the delivery of our grocery's. Please tell me how I'm suppose to get my grocery supplies? As for Stop & Shop they are responsible as well for hiring this Company and not overseeing what is going on during this pandemic. Stop & Shop is as much to blame as the Peapod Company. This is disgraceful that both companies have put blinders on and have ignored it customers.

I ordered, received, and paid for a order several weeks ago. I have since ordered a second time and am going to get delivery Saturday April 25th. I just noticed a charge of $192.xx on my Visa card. I feel this is a fraudulent charge since I have received only one order form Peapod. Can you tell me if this is as I think, or is it a legitimate charge for my expected delivery for the 25th.

I received my order on 4/22/2020 as stated but two of the items I was charged for were not there 1. the flour sub. and 2. the mangos. Respectfully I would like to request a credit for these two items.

I have used Peapod almost from the beginning. Today, it doesn't recognize my sign-in. When it asks me for my e-mail, it then says it doesn't recognize it. When I put in my zip code, as if I was a new customer, it doesn't recognize my zip code. Is there a problem with Peapod access this morning, 5/6?

My account was dumped! I went to the Peapod website two hours ago to check on an order that I am expecting this evening and . . . NO MORE PEAPOD. I was "linked" to Giant. But guess what. I can't get on the Giant website either, as they do not recognize my email address or log-in information! Guess what else! Can't talk to anybody at Peapod on the phone! Guess what else. Can't talk to anyone at Giant by phone either! I am so fed up with Peapod for dumping my account that I will probably be shopping at Safeway from now on. Peapod switched my account to Giant - with no warning whatsoever -- but I can't get on the Giant website as they do not recognize my information that Peapod supposedly sent them. I was given NO NOTICE that this was even going to happen. You will probably lose this $300 biweekly customer's business unless you can straighten out this mess TODAY! Signed, a very unhappy, long-term customer.
