I've just sent you people an email, your prices are ridiculous..... every month I order from pea pod the prices go up.. then the next month they go up again. please don't insult my intelligence by sending me an email saying.....well the economy....or the vendors....or prices are going up everywhere. I mean REALLY??

I was a new customer when i put my first order in.If i thought the ordering process was terrible the actual delivery was the same. I, as a new customer was to be given a 40% discount -- which i did not receive and a 20% if i ordered delivery on saturday which i did and never got the discount!

When the order did come (Finally) I had to throw out many items as they were rotten or stale!! The lunchmeat (Which is expensive) Was either bad or going bad and had to be thrown out as well!!! Many things i ordered i did not receive and was charged for nonetheless!!!

I hope this email is caught by a service rep& someone gets back to me. I have been trying to get in touch with a service rep for the last 2 months!!! This is unbelievable & totally unprofessional.

I have been an avid S&S customer for the last 40 yrs & never a problem until this.

I do not want to cease peak of. Altogether since i am recuperating slowly fr0m a rather serious shoulder surgery and cannot lift anything too heavy. If you don't contact me soon i will make a complaint to the better business bureau & the local news station.

Thank you in advance for your help in reconciling this horrible issue.

Delivery set for last night between 6 and 8pm. No delivery, no phone call to me. Peapod cannot be reached via phone nor email. It is now 9am on 3/13/20. Totally unacceptable!!!!!!

Any special arrangements for seniors for home delivery? At this time, 3/31/20, service on peapod is sold-out until indefinitely. Trying to put in an order is impossible. I have gone to the local Giant but necessary things are out of stock. Earlybirds at 6-8AM is a long line with many unhappy people in it. I am age 85 and have been a customer for over 20 years. Any help to order on line would be a help. Thanks

I made an order about1week ago which came to $101. When I went to get a delivery date there were none available so I cancelled my order. A couple of days later the $101 was taken out of my checking account for something that I never received. I have been trying to get in touch with peapod to correct this and it is an impossible task. Take it from me do not use this service, it is a failure. I went to shoprite put in my order and got a pick up date in 4 days.

I've been using peapod now for more than 6 months and each order gets worse and worse. This last order on 4/7/2020 was the final time I think I will be ordering from them. I started placing orders because I'm unable to carry items to the 3rd floor apartment where I live and my husband isn't supposed to either due to his cancer and medical condition. With these kind of medical conditions and because of COVID-19 we are only supposed to go out to store and in public if no other choice, so peapod seemed like it was a good option for us. All of the delivers have made it up to 3rd floor except this last one, and the drivers never ever follow directions, due to us living in a multifamily building we have asked them to not block the driveway or park in it, but they still continue to do so. Also everything I ordered I got either double or triple and I'm being charged for it and I'm very unhappy to say the least. I can't get ahold of anyone through customer service and have been trying since the order came. I came home from work and all my bags were at the front door on the 1st floor which isn't even my apartment and I never received and e-mail or text saying they were there or on their way and neither did my husband. Due to this we had to carry everything up 3 flights of stairs and appoligize to my neighbors for blocking the driveway and their front door.

I'm so disgusted with how things have been done and can't believe this is how they do business!! I hope customer service sees this comment and if they don't I will be contacting the BBB if I am not able to through customer service.

I understand and accept that there are many items ordered that are unavailable due to demand. I do resent being charged for several items that were not delivered. If you try to contact Peapod you get a message they are too busy to take calls. How do I get a defund for the overcharge.

I placed an order on April first. Only delivery dated I could get was April 17 6:30 _1 p m. Items I ordered were not listed as out of stock. At least 15 items were not delivered. My neighbor went to Market Basket Saturday morning and was able to purchase all the items not delivered to me. Your prices are getting crazy. I can understand paying more for products but not the increase you are putting on groceries. I'm not a new customer. I have been dealing with Peapod for years now. I'm loyal, where Is your loyalty to us? Why is Market Basket able to supply foods you are unable to?

I have been a customer for 9 years. I realize you have more customers now.. but no matter what time I go on and I tried every hour from midnight to 5a.m...when a new day is posted it’s already SOLD OUT..SEEMS LIKE AN INSIDE JOB...SOLD OUT BEFORE IT REACHES PUBLIC..WHY DONT YOU POST SEVERAL OPENING ALL DAY LONG MAY 5 was sold out before it was even posted...I EVEN THOUGHT I DID IT WRONG..deleted my order and reordered still night after nite SOD OUT IMMEDIATELY..

I have been trying to get on your site today and it will not accept my user name - the same name I have used for the last 20 years and which has always worked before. I keep getting the message that they have not record of me, can't find me, don't recognize me even though I have ordered groceries through your site since they started here about 5 years ago. When I received and removed items from the bags I found that the chicken, ground meat, two Healthy Choice steamers were missing. Well is a nice way to make money in this time of our life. Because people can not argue with you is this time of NEED.

My original amount is: $586.66 including all the fees and tip. the items i did not received equal $164.93.
SO: $586.66 minus $164.93 = $421.73 including all the fees (and maybe to much tax because of the items did not arrive). You deduct form my Bank $478.23 WHY????

It appears Peapod does not want people to shop with Peapod. hCaptcha prevents shoppers and drives them away. I just tried logging on and went through annoying hCaptcha screens more than 20 times. I tried 3 different browsers. All Peapod did was take me back to check I Am Human, and start again. I like Peapod and would like to order again. Unfortunately the website makes it extremely difficult, in fact impossible, to get to actual shopping. I was about to initiate an order but it looks like that isn't going to happen.
