You people have the worst service for a mortgage company. A couple weeks ago I sent in an insurance claim, proposal for repair, claims for work done and a check requiring your endorsement . This was requested by your agent, who was contacted by phone to find out status of check previously forwarded which was being held requiring your endorsement and to be returned to us. Since the June 2019 damage, we have paid about $20000 out of your own pocket. We have never been late on a payment or missed a payment, ie I assume a good customer. The bureaucracy of State Farm and Quicken is incredible. A call on Oct 7 from your office asked us to contact help @quickenloans.com to resolve the matter. The human on the other end was very helpful and asked us to send in a missing page (3). We do not have a page three either...so we have asked State Farm to forward the Structural Damage Claim Policy 912 or 13 pages. If this does not explain by frustration with Quicken and State Farm and the bureaucracy in CYA I do not know what to say.
