We purchased a kenmore elite on 12/2017 and had it installed in 05/2018. It has been defective from the start.It will not light correctly. Your service dept. Has been notified 4 times at least. One time they sent a tech out he ordered new orifices. He came out a second time and did not need to replace the orifices. Then they thought it was the regulator so they sent us a regulator because they did not have a tech at that time to replace it. So we chad custer heat and air replace it. That was not the problem.The on 02/29/2020 called custer heat and air to look at it again they said it is not the regulator. What the problem is it just clicks and clicks and will not light. Then you try again and it clicks and clicks and then woosh a big ball of flame. If you shut it off it will not relight. The burner flame is orange instead of blue. I know this is out of warranty now but you have drug your feet trying to fix it when it was under warranty. I need some help to replace it or get it fixed. It is getting to dangerous to use.

I bought fridge in 2018. I have a smell coming from "non removable " drain pan. None of the salesmen know how to clean it!! Send a service man out they say. I have tried all phone numbers no one can help. Sue

My Kenmore dryer stopped working after 11 months(purchased Aug 2019). Technician first visit in July. Technician out 4 x replaced parts, took whole dryer apart and declared unfixable. Service people put in claim to replace dryer. It is going on 3 weeks now and no response about replacing my useless dryer. I have always used Kenmore dryers for over 40 years but now pretty disgusted. Please put attention to my complaint.
