Ever since I've owned my Crock pot I've noticed that it takes my food an absurd amount of time to cook. Tonight I finally realized why! The lid is warped and does not sit flush on the pot so I'm losing all my heat!
I'd like to know how I can get this replaced or get a new lid or something.

I was given a machine and it seems to be pretty fancy for me. I can find no model or serial number. I need to identify it so I can figure out how to use it , thread it and what all the gadgets do? We need to connect so I can do this.
