I live in Bakersfield CA. I bought a Refrigerator on 6/4/2018 , Maytag 26 cu. ft. side-by side black, MSS26C6MFB RTN # 0166890 STILL waiting for my Refrigerator. I was wonder why is maytag taking so long to deliver to my appliances at Urners Bakersfield ca. steve.

My husband and I purchased a refrigerator, dish washer, stove top, oven and microwave a little over a year ago at a store in Chattanooga and our microwave started having problems over a month ago and eventually just completely died. We bought our Maytag appliances because we like to buy local and we have always heard that Maytag is a good company. We went through the store and service department that we bought our appliances from and they told us real quickly that our warranty was up and we asked them to come and see what the problem was. We paid for a service call and the gentleman told us it was minor and the part was in Chattanooga and we would have our microwave fixed in a couple of days. After 3 weeks we finally had another service guy sent out and he said it was not be an easy fix and we would have to order a 200$ board and 100$ service fee.

There is one thing i would like you to tell me? How do you call that excuse of a washing machine energy efficient when you have to wash your clothes two times sometimes three times and they are still not clean? On the heavy soiled cycle your machine runs about an hour and a half, one of the older ones that put water in with your clothes would wash and rinse in about 30 minutes.

Your energy efficient machine will take three to four hours longer and still not get the clothes clean. I do believe that you people are just a bunch of low life scum for selling us that kind of junk. There isnt any of your so called energy efficient products that save you any money none of them, they are all pieces of shit.

We have combo LSE7806ACE not sure of age. I want to open dryer to see drum but can not see how to do. DO you have any idea why this is happening. They are small lines and marks in spots.

Is there a belt on this drum? Are there rollers worn out? Drum looks off center a little maybe clothes are getting caught in space?

I’m writing this letter in regards to your Maytag washers. I have purchased 2 in the last 6 years (and not cheap brands). My first one was a front load which went out @ four years. It was repaired 2 times then it started sounding like a jet airliner that’s when we found out at that point it was considered very dangerous. Would have been nice to know before it went out. My second one purchased in May 2017, was just 2 years old when it had to be serviced, then about a month later it started shooting error messages by not enough water, to not spinning out in August of 2019 it was replaced with a new water valve, now its November 2020 and we are going to need service again. By the way we paid full price for the repair which we thought it was still under warranty since it wasn’t even 3 ears old. This one was a top loader. Needless to say we don’t really have the money to replace again.

I am so disappointed we live on disability and our funds are very limited you would think that they would be made with more quality since that is what your name is suppose to mean and they are “Commercial Technology”. I can’t believe the quality of you washers and dryer’s have gone down so much. We were hoping at our age this would last at least 15 years like they use to. So much for quality made in America.
