Had a problem with the balance of sound between right and left earbud. Took nearly a week for an email response. I followed directions and problem persisted. After 2 more emails I finally called customer support. They looked up all information and proceeded to give me a return label. It has been a week since they received the product back and I am waiting on jabra to send a replacement. I haven’t received an email a confirmation number or call. I finally called them and was told it may take up to two more weeks.
I understand equipment has problems sometimes but after paying over 200$ for a pair of equipment the costumer services should be better, quicker to respond and friendly when I call. As much as I enjoy the use of these earbuds this experience has left me feeling as I may find another product in my next purchase. They had no problem to promptly remove the money from my bank account though. That happens really fast.
