I purchased a pair of Jabra Elite 65T earpods on February 1, 2019. On April 7, 2019, the right earpod quit working. It still charges when I place it into the case, but there is no sound coming from it. The left earpod is still working. I have been on hold with customer support for over 1 hour without talking to anyone if my product is still under warranty, which after only 2 months, I would think it would be. The customer service line needs improvement to make it more accessible to a consumer with shorter wait times. 1 hr is excessive to have to wait to speak with someone in regards to this, or any other matter. I am currently a completely dissatisfied customer because of the product quality and lack of support.
