I took ownership of this SUV(CP20AAO) on the 25/08/20 only had it a week when a friend from another dealership advised me not to charge the vehicle, only received the Ford warning about the same problem on 12/09/20.
As i pay rather a large amount per month for a vehicle i am unable to use the electric, which was the main reason for having this vehicle as we do rather low mileage, there is no time scale as to when the problem will be fixed. with all other goods that are faulty or not fit for purpose you get either a refund or replacement, i await your comments.
