I called yesterday about some of my kcups were bad. I was on ph for almost a hour talking to someone who couldn’t speak English very good. He said that he would send me a coupon for a 24 box of kcups . I have not received my coupon. I would like to know what the problem is. The email address he gave me to go to to say how my experience was is ( csrah @keurig.com).

I have a K10. It is a couple years old but has never been used a our main pot. Yesterday the water heated but did not come out and fill the cup. Today it won’t even turn on. We wanted to start using it more.

my grandson got me a keurig k- Elite for my birthday I really liked it until after about a month it started leaking,,then this morning it just poured water out all over the cabinet,,and I,ve only used it for 3 months and I thought this was a good quality product,but it didn't even last 3 months.

My Keurig wont fill the large cup like it use to. I have descaled unit and changed filter on a regular basis but coffee cup is below an inch from where it should be. Unit is only about one year old.
