I am needing to know if I can transfer my phone and number back to Net10 from Tracfone.

Poor customer service contact information. Glad to be switching to another carrier. We were with Net 10 for over ten years when phone died. Too difficult to find Net 10 places/cell phones to purchase. Live chat was not helpful (could not get in).
