Machine is not very old and hasn't been used frequently. The brushes are nor spinning and there is a smell like burning plastic. I popped the brush assembly off and the shaft isn't chewed up so I don't think the smell is the shaft locking up and burning from friction.
I have taken apart a unit almost identical to this and there was no belt to replace. What do i need to do to get the unit up and running again.
