Hi, I have a reminder about my Kenmore Elite cook I talked to Kenmore USA and told me that they can not do anything for me they gave me your name in reference so that I could have my replacement part it is a cooker Kenmore Elite model C970688331 series NF53527676. Normally I would have done business with Sears but there is no longer I would like to have my replacement part and I will organize myself to install it myself. Thank you for helping me.
