I have had multiple problems with this refrigerator and the ice maker/water dispenser. First, the unit malfunction at 3:00am that caused ice to spill out onto the floor from the indoor ice maker and smoke coming from under the unit with wire hitting the drip pan. That unit was replaced with a new unit 1/2/13. Since then, 3 service claims were made for the same reason of the ice maker not making ice/water not dispensing from the indoor water dispenser. Mr. Rick Wilson (South Central Regional Service Manager) was involved and ensured us that this problem would not happen again. Here we are AGAIN with the same problem. Water is not reaching the ice tray in order to make ice and water is not able to reach the water dispenser in the door. My last issue was September 2015. Please advise and please have this issue fixed since this has been a problem since purchase...regardless of new unit. The units serial VCSB5421DSS - 110512R10014007.
