Are you trying to send me a Pro Source Filter and bill my charge account under the name of Ena*appliance warranty?. I am supposed to receive a filter every 6 months. The bank has declined this payment. When I checked into this I show that people are complaining that this is a big fraud. I need to know what is going on? Have you looked into this.
