Call to Customer Service (4/9-Jordan) was to send me a return tag for my order #11009419-R ($10.00) was not received. I tried to contact someone so that I could EXCHANGE instead, as I saw that you had an ivory
color that was not available at time of order. Still have unopened package that I do not know how to return
for 2 ivory colored sheets, please let me know. Really wanted the ivory ones as shown on you website.
