I purchased 2 My Pillows 4 years ago, mine had the lavender piping, was ok at first but started to separate in the middle while sleeping on it, am constantly pushing the filling around like I used to do with my old feather pillows. I tried sleeping on my husbands, it is green and WHAT a difference. Right now I'm using a hair scrunchie on one end of mine to keep the stuffing from separating, it works but has made my pillow quite small, would like to know about maybe exchanging my old one for a green one, I did register for the 10 year warranty when I bought it in 2016. I know the company is very busy making masks right now, God bless you for that. Please let me know about my problem and how we can take care of it when you have time.
