I ordered2 sets of sheets and 2 sets of towels around Christmas 2019 and one of the hems has come loose on the tourquois towels . I talked to customer service and they told me to take a picture of it and send it in but I can’t find where to send the picture. We have a set your pillows , the mattress topper , 2 sets of towels and 3 sets of sheets we really think your products are great . What can we do about the towel that come apart? My wife stitched it back together so it doesn’t unravel anymore. Please reply. Thank you.
