This one in Rancho Cordova is another one that is not good. I went in for a tooth that had a filling coming out, they said it had to be removed because it was a lost cause. Then after xrays was informed that a rute canal was needed. While doing the root canal they did it a bit to much because the tooth next to it seem to get in the way of the drill and seem to loose the filling. I heard the person that did the root canal say the filling came out. the dentist then informed me they were going to have to pull that tooth and set me up for a bridge. The dentist pulled the tooth and shaved the other one that just had a root canal and shaved the other one in front of the tooth that was pulled and put a temp bridge on it. The first bridge came off so i had it redone and then finally got my permanent bridge, then I went back in later that day and had them look at it because I now had pain in the front tooth that was never the problem.
They said ok come back in 4 days and we will get it redone, new impression, new temp, and we will not charge you for it. They said that my gum was reseeded and now it had to be redone. Ok this is all since the beginning of August of this year. they scheduled me for today at 930 am and when I got they they told me that it was cancelled because the dentist had a meeting to go to, and I could come back later. Ok why was I not called and notified?????? I have been charged for everything $3695.00 and billed for this work and now I think I should not have any pain but I do, and now I have to wait 9 days to get in and redo the bridge.
