I purchased a 18 cu ft refrigerator from Lowe's on 15 Aug 19. When the ice maker makes ice, it all sticks together and to the tray. Mostly one large clump of ice. How can I prevent this? There does not appear to be an adjustment on the freezer compartment that I can find. The ice appears to melt and stick together.
