I called in to get help choosing the correct INTEL driver, which turned out to be a simple thing, but your agent tried to sell me a warranty and refused to help me, or to send me further along the line without buying something. I'm sorry, but if you manufactured the product, you need to have someone available to trouble shoot update issues, including compatibility issues. I was extremely happy with your customer service two years ago when I had a major issue. Your people did a great job. Now they only want to know if "it's a thinkpad or ideapad". I don't know what either of these are and at this moment don't give a flip what they are. I'm unemployed and using my computer for online interviews. I need my [very expensive] laptop, that I bought new, to work correctly! Who are you hiring? People with no knowledge of computers and only know how to read a script? How about hiring computer people who know WTH they are doing? Also! Have your customer service people realize that not everyone that calls in has good hearing. I could not hear the young lady I talked with. Her voice was too soft and pitched too high.
Don't contact me. As soon as I'm working again, I'll be buying a computer from another company. Mine's a dinosaur and I'll be upgrading ASAP. I sure as hell will not be buying Lenovo again.
Customer service confused with sales
