I have been with Quicken Loans for quite sometime and can say that my recent experience with them over the phone has been not only disappointing, but has changed my views of the company in general. In the past I've never hesitated to refer friends and family to this company, but after today's interactions with an Amanda and a Cherish I will definitely no longer be promotioning Quicken Loans It's nothing like looking at documentation, yet being basically called a liar by this supposent support group. Congratulations on becoming like all other corporation as soon as loan is paid off I will have nothing to do with this company again.
