Unbelievable service. Worse than Verizon oh but wait they use Verizon towers they said. Good luck talking to a person from USA. They sure did lure me in with the $200 gift card for each line! Yet I have not received it nor can get a straight answer from India. I was on hold while the “rep” took an hour lunch and am on hold now as I type for another break! I’m sure he was hoping I would hang up! I cannot make calls in my house and keep dropping calls. How the hell am I supposed to work or run a business?!?!?
