I ordered single vial eye drops online and when they were delivered the box was crushed and the safety seal was open. They were packaged poorly and I want a credit to my credit card. I will not return them since I do not want to visit the post office during the corona virus outbreak.
I tried to call and message customer service through my Walmart app and cannot reach them since there are about 600 people trying to get through. Thank you
