I am appalled that you continue to fill middle seats during this pandemic. You make absolutely no attempt at social distancing. I will be taking my business to Southwest Airlines until your policies change.
I intend to encourage everyone I know to do the same. I use to think American Airlines the best airline available for general travels; however, your current prioritization of money over human health leads me to think otherwise. No longer a fan of American Airlines.
