Our air conditioner is producing poorly. It runs, but not well only appropriately 40%. Driver and passenger sides not equally balanced. Took it to dealership and they said there was nothing wrong with it. Yes, in the shade it works good, but not in the hot sun. Doesn’t seem to blow air forcefully. What should I do?
