To Whom It May Concern: When I filled out the online order form, I included a suite number of 602 in the appropriate field. However, it says the delivery was completed and signed for inside the office by MARGH. There is no such person in the office by this name. Only a PECO or a KERIA. It states the shoes were delivered September 13, 2019 at 2:03 PM. We have a few options here: 1. Please file a claim with the shipper and resend the shoes so that my nephew will have these in time for hoop camp. 2. Refund me (which is the option that I prefer because he needs these shoes). 3. Have the shipper simply send the driver back to the office where he/she delivered the shoes and pick them up and redeliver them to the correct suite. I am sure the same driver makes stops to the same places daily and would know who this MARGH person is. However, it did not get delivered to Salathia's (my sisters office).
