My wife and I had to cancel our 21 April 2020 flight from Sacramento to Cancun. We did so on 22 March 2020 and have not heard anything since (12 weeks). Now we can't get through via telephone. We would like to rebook in February 2021 but need the e-credits to go with the rebooking. Our ticket numbers were
