boarded the plane and I noticed no air from the overhead vents. Thought this was just because we were loading. After the seat belt sign was turned off after we took off, I noticed no air coming from the vents. I spoke to the steward and he said he would tell the Captain. After a few minutes the steward came back and said the Captain was aware AND there was nothing he could do about it until we got to Kansas City.

That kind of preflight check makes me wonder what else was not working. Small as this may seem it is, will travelers begin to wonder what else was not checked. If I had my tank ready for combat in this manner I could be flaming hulk.

With all the virus around, you think that the crew would pay more attention to this situation.
