My husband had recent foot surgery last Tuesday 4-9-19 and had to travel for work this morning to Detroit Michigan. We made arrangements for him to have assistance with a wheel chair or a transportation cart. However, no one was there and no one helped him today from Philadelphia. He asked at TSA and they told him he had to call for assistance. Call who??? He walked with two crutches and an cast on his leg. Foot is now swollen and very sore. Had to walk 1/4 mile in terminal. There is NO EXCUSE for this type of abuse. He is returning on Thursday to Phila on Flight # DL1156 at 1:59 out of Detroit to Philadelphia. PLEASE see that he gets assistance.

In today's society, this would be considered neglect and abuse and there is no logical explanation as to why he was treated this way. Wake up DELTA....there are other airlines. I would appreciate confirmation to him getting help on his way home. (610) 287-1609. I have made several telephone calls to your number, but no luck speaking to a human being. Very unhappy with DELTA and will not use this airline again. Thank you.
