Night before last an electric company personnel was in my front yard at 11 pm with a flashlight. I went to porch and was told someone had a problem with electricity and they were coming back the next day to cut vines out of the transformer. When I got home yesterday I had a mess in my yard, flower bed tore up and my complete dogwood tree cut down. I complained about that transformer before because the lines are so close to my house.
