After further research, I determined that it was given to me as a gift. I sent in the warranty card shortly after receiving. Only proof of Purchase ( gift) that I have is that I ordered "numerous accessories" from Amazon on May 20, 2016. Coffee maker was given to me on May 15,2016. I have a copy of the shipping order from Amazon for the accessories , How can I send you a copy?
