I pre order the last of us part 2 a couple of months ago in the playstation 4 store because i do want this game, but sony issued automatically refund because of the game got delayed cause of the corona virus, Sony announced a new release date for it a couple of days ago, the problem is i never ever received my refund back from sony like i was suppose to from them, i did not know what to do, i tried to look up information on the internet and youtube but did not find much help, i went to the playstation 4 store to look at the last of us part 2, i thought if i went to pre order again that my old pre order would automatically return to me but i was wrong, i accident pre order the last of us part 2 again, i did not mean to, sony owes me money back, i am sorry i don't mean to be rude, but i pre order the last of us part 2 twice because of this, now i need help to refund my back from just pre ordering the last of us part 2 today on Wednesday april 29th. 2020, help me please Sony ok thank you.
