My 12 year old son received this message: Access to PlayStation Network by this account has been banned due to violations of the PlayStation Network Terms of Service and User Agreement. We don't have any idea why. He certainly didn't do anything wrong or inappropriate. We have paid for 3 months of PlayStation plus and he has been locked out now for 4 days. I need to speak to someone.
