When I try to reset my ps4 it tells me its checking the system storage the the screen goes black when it usually takes me back to the home screen for me to sign in and now there is pulsing blue light that won't go away when I turn my ps4 on and I spent money on that ps4 and I can't use it any more and something wrong with my power supply and I need it fixed.
