I tried to fax withdrawel form all day 05/17/2018. line was busy all day. was given other #'s and one finally worked. when i called to confirm you got it you said "yes" but the signature page was cut off. So went through the whole process again -- and again you didn't receive fax. I am very frustrated with your service. I need to withdraw from my annuity for an emergency.
