Twice, in the last month, I've encountered problems with purchasing items from your store. Both times the men who I approached seemed more intent on making me feel stupid rather than helping me. The first one told me that you didn't carry the item and, when I showed him on my phone that you did, he just dismissed it as a mistake on my part and said that I would have to order it online. I finally reached around him and took it from a rack on the wall.

The second one, yesterday, was when I went in for a gallon of paint. The man told me, when I handed him the paint chip, that you didn't carry that color and he had never heard of it. I went through a long process to get him to match it and fought with him to get him to understand that I needed a gallon instead of a quart. He just wouldn't listen to me and it took much longer than it should have. He finished up with a stern warning about no guarantee, etc. When he turned his back, two other women standing near me rolled their eyes in sympathy.

Hopefully you have a policy in place to do something about this attitude. I shop at hardware stores frequently and don't have time for this treatment. I will shop only in stores that treat me with dignity.
