I am writing this electronic email after finding it very hard and difficult to try and receive adequate, correct,satisfactory, customer friendly advice from a member of your Home Depot. The information had to do, above all, with how to secure,purchase and obtain installation of an purchase an Ashland 37inch Vanity, for my bathroom(Model Number AL11P2-WH;(Internet 301281743).
I am a Seventy One(71) year old Black, disabled, Senior citizen and shop quiet frequently at Home depot.The awesome journey for me is how do I obtain, purchase and secure all of the relevant parts and services needed to have the product delivered to my home for installation?
Time after time has led me to spend time on the telephone seeking a spot in line and hoping that I would be lucky enough to have someone at Home Depot pick up the telephone and talk with me about my request.
