I was supposed to receive my package at my home on January 16th. The dropped my package at the post office instead located at flat Rock nc. Tried to receive my package on the 21 Tuesday afternoon. They would not let me receive my package but for some reason when I called they said they had it waiting on me. Extremely disappointed with usps service. I want a full refund because goods took too long to reach me.
