Hi, I booked the wrong dates for tickets to see Waitress and your company agreed to exchange them. The original tickets Wed.6th June 7pm J109 & J110. We don't arrive in USA until the 11th July so they had agreed to exchange them for Wed.18th July 7pm. Having trouble calling as we are in Sydney. Could someone please help us as I keep getting emails to call.
