I had the opportunity to meet one of your delivery drivers on Sunday, April 14 in Bull Valley, IL. Even though this driver had slid into the ditch on a very icy steep hill and he was in a lot of pain, he was the most professional, polite young man I had the pleasure of meeting. I called the ambulance and waited with him for help. He was in a lot of pain, yet was extremely courteous, professional, and polite. If these are the type of drivers you hire, you are well ahead in providing a very positive customer experience. If I ever need grocery delivery, I will definitely reach out to PeaPod! P.S.
