Membership suspension
I have being a member since 2009, no accident no issues until I was arrested in 2016 for a suspended license which has nothing to do with my driving record. New York State taxation sent request to DMV to revoke my license. for my back taxes. i can send proof of that from my DMV record printout
I don't know, i was driving with a suspended license when i arrested packed in a fire zone waiting for my friend.
My zipcar membership has been suspended indefinitely. I have not violated an of zipcar policy, and i know i have a clean record with both zipcar and DMV. I want zipcar to reconsider and to reactivate my membership.

Being charged for and emergency cancellation
Good Day I reserved a car for May 31 2018 from 6:00pm until 8:30am June 1 2018 but had an emergency and had to cancel I wasn't aware of the cancellation policy my problem but really how insensitive can this company be. I mean not to even take a portion of my money but all my money and then some. I have never ever been late, bring car back in the same condition and have no issue with my monthly payment. And because of an emergency situation with my family my money was taken. I am extremely sadden by this.
Fraud
I never authorize zipcar to charge my car. feeling so disappointed that i just entered my card number just to see the availability of the car. i never clicked that i want a membership. feeling so bad that my card was charged twice which i never authorized. and i never activated the zipcar card, why the heck card has been charged without my authorization.
How many miles would be included for day and half
I want to know how many miles would be included my case. I'm going to rent a car on Saturday 8:30am and going to return it on Sunday 10:0pm. Total hours is 24 + 13.5 = 37.4 hours. So since it is exceeded 24 hours then for the first day I get 180 miles but how many miles I get for the rest 13.5 hours? And what is total amount? I did not get that computation with 20 miles per hours for the next day.

Recent charges
I rented a Ford Escape Easyrider with the license plate GVWC98 on 4/28 and I was charged $166 more than I should have. I was late returning the car because the directions took us to Amherst, New Hampshire instead of Amherst, Massachusetts. We were late and I take responsibility for that but a charge of $75 is ludicrous. I specifically set aside the $90 to rent the car but I am not able to pay the extra $160 because that is the money I need for my insulin. In addition, we were striving extremely slow because there were no lights on the road and the car’s high beams did not work.
I also do not understand why I was charged $85 dollars for using more than 180 miles. We put gas in the car using our own money as we did not know that there was a gas card on the driver's side. If someone could explain these charges to me that would be wonderful because I believe I was overcharged and taken advantage of.
