I have a charge on my card from xbox I didn’t authorize.

Why is it asking me to confirm purchasing with my card on file when the game is free for downloading.

Help plz my xbox keeps turning on then off.

I put my Xbox live code in the wrong region and was hoping you could reset the Microsoft store on my xbox to U.S.

Could someone find it in there heart to help me with a gift code... my bank card cannot be used. I really want to try the online.

I think you guys is contact support is ridiculous and are impossible to get ahold of. You guys should change that because I would like to talk to somebody in person and you guys just make it next to impossible.
