When I was setting up my account for automatic payments on my second loan from VW Credit, for some reason, there was a delay in the first payment that i was not aware of which is affecting my credit as it has a relatively high impact on scores. In my 50 years, I have never made a late payment to anyone ever. This hiccup is the only blemish on my credit in my entire life of 50 years and I don't believe it is fair or just and it doesn't want to make me continue to use VW credit, which was my intention for the rest of my life as I fell in love with Volkswagen and would prefer to use your credit institution and have no intention of driving anything else for the rest of my life.
My credit and credit scores are very important to me and i am trying to buy a house soon, so need my scores as high as possible to get the best rate I can. I would be ever so grateful if you would please remove this blemish from my credit with Equifax at least as it is affecting my score and preferable from all of them, which will move my credit scores from 'good' to 'excellent' which i have worked hard to do.
