I never got my order
I ordered on 5/19/19 a 3 peice bowl set i ordered from my consultants web sight before they was gone they was mixing bowls for 19.50 my card was charged 29.15 i believe it was but i never got my order the name is michelle myers 9579 pottawatamie manitou beach mi 49253 can you help me out i still want my order.

Never received items
I contacted customer service (David) by phone on March 3, 2020 who in turn gave me a rep # which I called and THOUGHT all was well and was assured my replacement items would be in her hands in a week. After over 2 weeks I did not hear from rep after repeated tries to reach her. On April 22, 2020 I mailed a check for $5.95 to Tupperware and still on October 31, 2020 I have not received my replacement items (warranty). Items to be replaced are lid(s) 1575-7 and 1575-9. I am VERY disappointed in Tupperware service (rep and Company). I very much understand the Country has been almost shut down, but time to get back to work.
Order issues
I ordered stuff on 1/18/2018 got half my order. The other part says partially shipped. Iv been trying to get a hold of Paul Choi with no luck his email won’t let me send. Iv texted customer service 2 times. They have sent back email saying they will assign a representative. But still don’t hear anything back. The money was took out January 18 . Just would like someone to acknowledge me or send me something saying anything. don’t know what’s going on. Never have I had so many issues with Tupperware.
